“Don’t think I’ve forgotten you, but am always on the go. Am having a grand time. Wish you were here.” - J.M.S
J.M.S, like so many others, sent a note off to Miss Julie Storm to tell her that he was too busy to write a note. In these postcards Luna Park becomes little more than a backdrop to the logistics of correspondence. With senders that are sometimes annoyed, sometimes coy, and plenty times boring, these messages are some of my favorite kinds to find.

"Glad to hear you are having a nice time. Let me hear from you soon and often."
